Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships sold by MCO Rewards (sole trader), ABN 85 181 945 495, are recurring monthly digital subscriptions in Australian dollars. You may cancel at any time from Billing in My MCO; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Where permitted by law, refunds of a current period are handled on a case-by-case basis and are returned to the original payment method. If a promotional campaign is cancelled before its draw, affected members are notified and any applicable amounts are refunded.
Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this policy.
