Draw Transparency & Verification
How MCO Rewards runs, records and verifies every draw.
Locking entries
Before each draw, the eligible entry list is locked. No new entries can be added or modified after the lock timestamp.
Random selection
Draws are performed as a secure server-side process. In the initial implementation, the selection is clearly labelled as a demonstration until independently verified or an outsourced draw integration is connected.
Public draw record
Every draw produces a public record containing:
- Reward ID and title
- Draw timestamp
- Total eligible entry count
- Selected entry number
- Public winner ID
- Verification status and provider (where applicable)
- Audit events
Independent verification
An approved third-party draw provider can be connected to run and certify draws. When used, the provider name, certificate reference and public verification link are published alongside the winner.
